Delta Series Sound Suppressor Warranty

WARRANTY
All Roedale Delta Series Moderators are warranted for the original owner to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the moderator. Any manufacturing defects will be repaired or the silencer will be replaced at our discretion at no cost to the customer.
We cannot warranty against damage caused by improper use of the silencer.

  • This includes improper mounting of the unit, which can result in internal damage and possible risk to the operator.
  • We recommend that our Moderators only be mounted on barrels either threaded by a Roedale Precision, by our reprasentative in your country or factory threaded barrels that have been checked for concentricity of the threads to the bore. If you choose to have your barrel threaded by anyone else, this warranty is void and the user will be responsible for costs incurred for repair or replacement of the silencer.
  • We cannot warranty our Ultralight Moderators against premature wear caused by use on rifles with high intensity cartridges and high volumes of fire. The Ultralight Moderators are recomended for general hunting type use only. Please do not be surprised if the baffle begin to show signs of wear, this happens with all Alloy suppressors. Replacement baffle units are however available at minimal cost.
  • We cannot warranty against neglect, please ensure you clean your Moderator as advised in the user manual.

Now having stated all that.
Let's get down to basics.
Our fault, your fault, nobody's fault, Irrelevant. If something has failed and you're not happy we want to know about it and we want to hear about it 1st hand and not via some web forum. Help us to help you. Satisfied customers are what we aim for.
Please don't however try to bullshit us, rip us off or pull the wool. If you put an Ultralight Alluminium Moderator on a rifle that is a high intensity caliber and go down the range and fire off a load of shot strings in succession , you will burn the baffles faster, this is not considered normal use. Please use the Moderator for the job it was intended.
Sound Moderators are like a car exhaust, they eventualy wear out. Please be aware of that.
Also if you neglect your Moderator and it starts to corrode then you haven't taken care of it properly. Please ensure regular cleaning
The concentricity of a muzzle thread is of paramount importance, if you go to a back yard gunsmith for your threading job and he does not do the job right, the chances are that the thread will be off centre, this will cause bullets to strike baffles and this will damage your Moderator.
Please also ensure that the bore of the Moderator is large enough to accept your caliber before you actualy fire the rifle. An easy way to check this is by inserting a loaded round into the baffles. The kneck of a loaded round should enter the hole in the baffle. You then know you have enough clearance.
