legal situation:
In many EU countries the use of Suppressors on Fireams as a method of hearing protection is widely accepted. Infact it is the Law.
EU Directive 2003/10/EC clearly states what is required of the law regarding noise polution and adverse effects of noise on human
health. The respective national laws in many countries have been brought into line, unfortunately some countries such as Germany
are still dragging thier heels as far as the positive aspects of the EU regulations are concerned.
We are working hard for this situation to change.
